Vendor Applications

Interested in being a festival vendor at one or more of our events? Simply contact our office by phone of via email and we will gladly send you an application, and place you on our vendor mailing list.

To maintain diversity we accept no more than 3 vendors from different companies offering the same product and/or service excluding festival sponsors. We reserve the right to refuse space to a vendor if we already have vendors selling the same product or deem the product inappropriate.
 
The criteria for selection, in order of priority is as follows:
 
1. Festival sponsor
2. Historic downtown merchant
3. Seniority – past participation in any above festival
    (if application submitted before deadline)
4. Date of receipt of application and payment in full
5. Other factors…
 

Vendors may only sell those items identified in their application. The following is not permitted: adult items, or any other items not fit for family viewing; counterfeit or knockoff items; and, annoying smells or noises. Management reserves the right to approve the contents of all booths and further reserves the right to prohibit or require the removal of any merchandise.

 
Applications will be reviewed and selected per event by the special events staff. Minimum deadline is usually two months prior to each event (some exceptions apply).
