Last Comedy Show of the Comedy Alley Series on May 15, 2010!
Lachlan Patterson is quickly becoming one of the most talked about British Columbia Comedian; Lachlan was picked to perform for Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham series and he hasn’t looked back since. Here is a glimpse into his stand up act, “Shoot me an email? How about… just REMEMBER! Hey can you come to work today? Hmmm, can you shoot me an email? Shoot me an email means, I don't respect anything you are saying right now enough to actually think about it.
Sure Id love to be the best man at your wedding, could you shoot me an email because I don't care anything about you or this once I turn around. Yeah, 3 seconds from now I’m going to completely black out on all this. No, I hear you, I just don't have the time to remember. My memory is at capacity today. Just shoot me an email to remind me who you are and why you are standing in front of me right now. I know we're best friends. Yes, I know, but well yes we did go to college together and I see you every day...” Quote taken from MySpace blog.
On May 15, 2010, Patterson will bring his hilarious comic talent to the outstanding comedy series put on by the Ukiah Main Street Program, known as Comedy Alley. This series features nationally and internationally known Comedians in a monthly series and is now in its sixteenth season!
Also Featured on the show will be Bay Area native, CONOR KELLICUTT. Conor focuses on finding just the right words and putting them in just the right order to keep his audiences laughing! One example of his stand up is, “My son plays baseball, and was nailed by a line drive the other day… As a coach and a parent I told him to walk it off. It helps you get over the initial hump – walking it off. You may have an eye hanging out of its socket, and you think well maybe I could just walk it off… Well I need one of those guys when I’m writing the mortgage check. That was a really really big check… Walk it off, just walk it off.” Quotes taken from facebook page.
Opening the show will be Caitlin Gil. Originally from Napa, Caitlin was drawn to comedy only 2 years ago. In that time she has made her name known in the Bay Area Comedy scene by performing with some of the best Comedians in the business, and putting on her own shows around San Francisco, most notably in the “Funny Women” Series at the legendary Purple Onion.
